July 7, 2010 Second Headwaters Forum
Your Watershed, Your Voice!
On July 7, 2010, we hosted the second round of engagement meetings for the Headwaters. Thank you to everyone who came out! With standing room only, we were very pleased to have so many people participate and provide us will very valuable insight.

Provided below are the agenda and some of the presentations from the day. Not all powerpoint presentations could be posted here, since some of them contained information from reports that have not yet been made public by their organizations.

Advertised in the June 29, 2010 edition of the Mountaineer paper, on page A7.
Location: Walking Eagle Hotel, Rocky Mountain House.
Time: Day meeting began at 9:00 a.m. Open House at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting focused on:
- How land management practices in the Headwaters impacts integrated watershed management planning in the North Saskatchewan River watershed
- How can the rest of the NSR watershed regions support land management initiatives in the Headwaters Region that relate to Integrated Watershed Management Planning
