NSWA Terms of Reference and Request for Proposal for "Preparation of the Integrated Watershed Management Plan report"

The NSWA currently is preparing an Integrated Watershed Management Plan for the North Saskatchewan River Basin. The Terms of Reference for the IWMP were approved by Alberta Environment in 2005 and outline the planning process.

The NSWA now requires a writer to draft a concise and strategic Integrated Watershed Management Plan report. The report will reflect the technical and policy nature of the underlying recommendations, but must be written as an effective cross–sector communication tool. The draft report will then be updated through 2010-11, using feedback from a comprehensive, multi-sector consultation and engagement process. 

A Request for Proposal and Terms of Reference for this writing project are attached below. The NSWA invites interested parties to review these documents and consider a proposal submission.
